Spidersat Communications provides satellite-based, high quality, communications solutions to any global location. Based on proven technology, Spidersat solutions are physically robust, very reliable, extremely scalable, and quickly deployed. Spidersat developed its solutions following years of experience working in the mining industry. As a result, we understand first-hand, the environmental challenges of operating technical equipment, and maintaining networks under extremely harsh conditions.

Applications include wide area networks requiring voice, data, and Internet and multimedia services. Spidersats' Broadband service offers Tier 1 Internet backbone capacity to users anywhere in the world through its C-band DVB/SCPC hub based in Norway.

Our partner, Taide, is owned by Telenor, the Scandinavian communications giant. Taide operates a satellite gateway at Nittedal, Norway. This gateway enables access to multiple satellites. As a result, Spidersat provides access to a wide variety of international satellites offering C-band and Ku-band services. This means our customers take advantage of complete global coverage, from the Americas, across Europe, the Middle East and Africa to Japan and Australia.

The gateway also provides diverse fibre routings to the Oslo Telehouse. This enables access to every single major international and domestic network. The gateway also furnishes a network access point into the worldwide Internet, and provides breakout for telephony traffic into PSTN's via the Telenor gateway.

Spider -Link, Spider-Broadband and Spider-Mesh are inexpensive and totally reliable. Based on the robust protocols SCPC/SCPC (Single Carrier Per Channel) and (Digital Video Broadcasting) DVB/SCPC, Spidersat is able to dedicate high-speed Internet access and data transfer for all industries.

Spidersat will project manage complete turnkey solutions so customers may concentrate on their core business, confident in the knowledge that their communication links are in expert and reliable hands.
