Satellite services are covered by a Service Level Agreement, which guarantees 99.7% uptime of the space segment. Spidersat are also able to provide Service Level Agreements to cover other aspects of its customers' networks. These agreements are tailored to meet the demands and expectations of the customer.

Our Network Operations Centre is available to take calls 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
