Gallery Gold Choose Spidersat to build End to End Turnkey Communications Solution
 When Gallery Gold looked to become more than an exploration company and to move into the world of Gold Mining, they chose Spidersat Communications as their Turnkey Solution Provider to build voice and data services between the newly built mine in Botswana to their Head Office in Perth.
Whilst not losing sight of their exploration activities, Gallery Gold also needed to offer voice and internet services to
their exploration team 30 Kms away in the nearest city Francistown.
With ongoing exploration operations throughout Tanzania
as well, Gallery were asking for a cost effective solution across a number of differing platforms.
Spidersat offered Gallery the tailor made cost effective solution, they were searching for.
By providing a Point-to-Point link between the Mupane mine site in Botswana to the Perth head office, and by building a single broadband microwave hop between the mine site to the Francistown exploration offices, Spidersat was able to build the data network and the end to end voice network, integrated with the companies PBX facilities already in place in Perth.
Spidersat’s emphasis on using in-house skills ensures the necessary QoS that their clients demand.
Tanzania, now has two standalone V-sat's terminating at the Nittedal Earth Station in Europe, and the 3rd V-sat is built as an upgrade to the existing Point-to-point by adding a new V-sat in a star configuration around the Perth Head Office, all offering carrier grade voice, free; and a private network offering the security that gallery Gold needed.
Spidersat continues to build on its successes and now offers fully operational single hop meshed systems, with excellent voice and internet functionality.
