SpiderBROADBAND

For customers with one or more sites that do not require inter-site connectivity, SpiderBROADBAND connects a single site to the Internet via our North American, European, or West Australian teleport, utilising a very small aperture terminal (VSAT), for high-speed, predictable

Internet, email, data, voice, and video communications and access to corporate systems.

SpiderLINK

For customers with two or more remote sites where communication with a central site is required, SpiderLINK provides a direct satellite link between two endpoints, using VSAT technology in a star topology, providing the lowest possible latency between sites, for data, voice, and video communications and access to corporate systems.

SpiderMESH

For customers with multiple remote sites where inter-site communication is required, SpiderMESH networks three or more endpoints together, using VSAT technology in a mesh topology, providing the lowest possible inter-site latency for data, voice, and video communications and access to corporate systems.

SHARED BANDWIDTH SOLUTIONS

Our shared bandwidth solutions are ideally suited for fixed locations with low to moderate bandwidth demands, requiring a low-cost but reliable Internet service. Multiple contention ratio options are available and can be changed at any time. Bandwidth is allocated on demand and shared amongst a pool of users. The number of users in the pool is determined by the contention ratio selected. Highly efficient transmission technologies and built-in bandwidth management and optimisation methods provide the most responsive shared satellite solution available.
